1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Donloop app and website. By using Donloop you agree to them. They are the full version of the plain-language summary shown inside the app, and they are the version that governs. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Donloop.

2. Using Donloop

Donloop is free for customers. Finding places, checking in, building streaks and claiming rewards never cost anything, and we will never ask a customer to pay us for any part of the app.

You need to be old enough to hold an account under the laws of the country where you live. You can browse and check in without an account; you will need one to claim a reward, so that a business knows the code belongs to someone.

3. Honest Check-ins

Check in only when you are genuinely at a place. We verify your distance on our servers, and we may suspend accounts — along with any rewards earned that way — where check-ins are faked, automated, or made with a spoofed location.

Some businesses require you to scan a QR code in the venue before a check-in counts. That is their choice, and it works the same way for everyone.

4. Rewards and Codes

• Rewards come from businesses. Each reward is offered by the business, not by Donloop. They decide what it is, what conditions apply, and they are the ones who honour it.
• Codes are personal. A reward code is for one use, by the person who earned it. Codes expire, and reselling them is not allowed.
• If a business will not honour a valid code, tell us and we will take it up with them.

Donloop is not the seller of the goods or services a reward relates to, and we cannot guarantee a business's stock, opening hours or continued participation.

5. Your Account and Content

You are responsible for what happens on your account, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Your display name, city, profile picture, check-in count and streak are visible to other Donloop users on local leaderboards — see our Privacy Policy.

If you upload a photo — a profile picture, or a picture of a business you list or claim — you confirm you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to display it in the app for that purpose. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or that belongs to someone else.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Business Listings

Listing a business on Donloop is a commercial service we provide to that business, agreed between Donloop and its owner or an authorised representative. By listing or claiming a business you confirm you are entitled to act for it.

Where a listing package is paid for:

• It buys promotion of that business on Donloop for the period stated at the time of purchase.
• It is billed to the business by Donloop directly, in the local currency, through our payment provider.
• It gives the person using the app no digital content, feature or benefit of any kind — the Donloop app is free for customers, with or without it.

Prices, package lengths and available payment methods vary by country and are shown before you commit to anything. If something goes wrong with a package you have paid for, contact us and we will put it right.

7. Ambassadors and Sales Agents

We run two optional programmes that pay people who bring others to Donloop: ambassadors, who invite users, and sales agents, who sign up businesses. Both require an application that we review by hand, and both are paid at the rates shown in the app when you join.

Earnings are calculated by our servers and shown in your dashboard. We may suspend a participant, and withhold payment, where activity is faked or the programme is abused.

8. Availability

We work to keep Donloop running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Donloop is available only in the countries we operate in, and we may add or remove countries, features or businesses over time.

Donloop is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — including a reward a business declines to honour, or a visit made on the strength of a listing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Donloop grows. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and the effective date at the top of this page will change.
